How many cals? Maintaining?
I just hate it when they generalize things like that. I'm 4' 10 1/2" tall, weigh 101 pounds and they're gonna tell me that I'm supposed to eat the same as someone who is 5'8" and 160 pounds??? NOT!
Weight management comes down to calories in vs. calories out. Period. End of story.
BUT...everybody's calories out number is going to be different depending on a lot of different factors.
The ONLY way to know for sure is to have your metabolism tested. The second best thing is to calculate your RMR and work with it from there.
Do a search for RMR (resting metabolic rate) and you will find some great calculators - that will at least get you at a good starting point.

I am not sure what I eat now, but I am 3 yrs out and maintaining well. I think I eat around 1500 a day, some days less, some more. My struggle is to get enough protein. I'm protein deficient at the moment. So I've added a protein drink a day, and I'm eating extra cheese and deli meat as snacks. I've also added back in 8 oz of milk a day as well.
I can't see eating 600-900 per day forever!
