I was so exhausted yesterday but took a benadryl last night and slept all the way to morning without having to get up and pee; I think I slept 9 hours! I felt great today. Walked to the farmers market from work at lunch time it was about 2 miles roundtrip but almost all the way back was up hill! I went to Zumba tonight as well I feel a little wound up I think the Jamba juice people might have put enrgy instead of proetein in my Mango Mantra( 180 cal made with splenda and low carb milk alternative)
I just realized I forgot to put that into my daily plate oh well. Hope everyone has a great night.

Wow...Those negative calories showing really shows alot. I like that. Your numbers are really good. Keep up the good work but, of course, we all need alot of sleep...At least I do. I'm still really tired and I've slept all night and most of the morning. Too much to do and so little energy to do it. LOL

Don't get all excited. I didn't eat 775 calories yesterday... That's before dinner. We went out for dinner and I thought I did well: baked chicken, a couple crab ragoons (which I've never had a problem with), and lots of fruit... Oh, yeah, and TWO--just TWO--pepper shirmp (breaded). Well, we walked out of the restaurant, hit the NC heat, and I said, "I'll be right back!" and headed for the bathroom.  Lots of fruit reappeared. I don't know if it was the shrimp, the heat, the fruit. I don't think I overate--but maybe... Anyway, after we came home and rested a bit, I had a couple of SF popsicles and felt just fine... So I didn't end up adding all my calories yesterday... Hope everyone else had a better end of the day!

Oh I hate when that happens. We had an anniversary dinner with friends who hadn't seen me after surgery at all...Had a great meal but I had part of a mixed drink. Problem was the glass had shards of sugar candy on the rim and I didn't pay attention. On the drive home I had to have my husband pull over so I could barf. Talk about embarrassing. HATE THAT.

Good morning friends. I bet you're all as happy as I am because it's finally the weekend! I'm hoping to hear about my bloodwork today, so keep those fingers crossed please.

B: 3/4 power crunch chocolate peanut butter bar

I made some more protein bars, and a mess of shrimp with vegetables last night so I have meals for a while. Books for school kind of take wallet-priority right now. I also made a batch of chocolate nut protein ice cream and it turned out beautifully. Yum!

When the weather breaks here on the desert I intend to make some protein bars too. But on the desert, the last thing I want to do is heat up the kitchen...LOL.

I need to buy some so be pizza too...I hear it's really good.
