I have the Wii Fit and love it!   I can not do any high impact/intensity exercise yet due to hernia's and this gives me a good balance of other types.  I use the balance exercises, some yoga and light areobics.

But the Wii Sports will give good upper body work-outs as well as some other muscles.   We have the Wii Sports, Mario and Sonic Olympics and plan on getting the Beach Sports.  You can feel the muscles after playing most of the games and what is best is our Grandkids will play it for hours, standing and moving instead of sitting and moving fingers only.

But we did have to stand in line in the wee hours of the morning to get one.  We get the Sunday ads on Saturday, and set alarm for 5am for Meijers(like a Walmart for those that don't know)
We were 5th in line for what was a shipement of 8!

I know I am behind the times.   I have heard people talk about wii, but I do not know what it is.  How much trouble to hook up to your TV?  What do I need, etc?

Thanks

Hi!  I have the Wii Fit.  I only used it a couple of times.  My son has been showing me how to use it.  I start back teaching in a week and I'm going to use it in the mornings before school. I will then go to the health club later in the day.  I'm having my son write out the steps to use it because he is leaving for college a week from today and I won't be able to wake him up to help me.
