Well, the week is half over..Weekend is almost here. I didn't do too bad today:

5:30 am 10 oz coffee
6:30 am 1/3 cup Oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 cup soy milk, coffee
7:00 am 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
8:00 am 1 oz string cheese, 1 pc Cotto Salami pork/chicken
9:00 am raw carrots, about a cup
9:30 am 24 oz Crystal Light Drink Mix, Blueberry White Tea
10:15 am 2 cups vegetable beef stew.
10:45 am 12 oz Crystal Light Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade
11:30 am 1 Pure Protein protein bar, 19 grams of protein
12:30 pm 12 oz Crystal Light Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade
12:45 pm 2 oz banana chips
1:00 pm 4 oz Dannon Light n Fit Yogurt, 1 Snack Pack Pudding
2:00 pm 24 oz Morning Spark Drink Mix, Grapefruit
3:45 pm raw carrots, probably a cup
4:30 pm 24 oz Hawaiian Punch Drink Mix, Lemon Berry
6:00 pm 4 oz chicken, 2 taco shells, 1 oz cheese.

Dawn I like how you put the time down that you eat and Special K I like how simple your menu is, I love collards, too.

It's 10:30 PM and hopefully I'm done with food for the day. My big problem is "NIght Eating Syndrome" and being accountable here is a tool I'm using to "get victory". Boy, it's a battle, I really want to get the 18 lbs off that I've gained, actually I want to lose 27 lbs to get to my goal.

Honestly,I send myself emails all day long about what I eat and when. I'm obsessive about it and don't recommend it to anyone. LOL.

You're doing really well. You can tell you're serious about being on track and getting enough protein and the right carbs...GOOD WORK!

I cannot wait for the weekend! I am so tired of work; I was going to take next week off but things have come up and now I can only take off a day here and there. It is like taking a bath withyour socks on! I will take a whole week once things settle down again.

AMEN to the work thing. I just got back from a two week vacation and I'm ready to be out for another month or two...Sheesh. But then if it was fun, it wouldn't be called "work:, LOL.

 pouchy grouchy today. I really am trying to increase my intake.  Made a great salad and yucked it all up! So this is the best I could do today. Will have some sf ice cream though.

Still, even though you "yucked" it up...It works. I had a couple of tortilla's Wednesday...Oh shades of when my mother always had spaghetti on Tuesdays...I vowed never to get that OCD over meal planning..LOL.

You did really good. Sure love the hummus listed. I tried it some time ago but never found a "flavor" that I liked and I guess even though I fight against that OCD meal planning, I'm in a rut most of the time..LOL

Wednesday was good! I ran 6 miles in 51 minutes and 40 seconds. I was trying for under 50--next time! Then I worked chest, back, and triceps. Woo hoo!

I feel good about my food. I've really been looking at what I eat when. It's weird how I eat less than half my calories before dinner time. I like the late-evening snack and want to plan for that--it works for me, but I'm working to adjust my calories to move some more earlier in the day. I think that would help me feel strong and healthy all day.
