hello i am a 5 yr grad of rny... I have regained 50 lbs and need to get back on track and would love and need some support and Idea's I saw this and I would love to join in. What is it  that I need to do?  highest weight 374  goal 180 now up to 230.  please help! thanks

just go to dailyplate.com, or fitday.com and plug in what you eat and how you exercise each day.  I copy and paste it here .
Its accountability and people who understand where I am.
When you write down what you eat you are more conscious of it.  Get back to the basics, protein fruit and vegetables. Get rid of the sugar and white carbs. Cold turkey....be sure to drink at least 2 whey proteins a day, 3 is best. protein keeps you filled. 
exercise, walk a few times a week.
most important is that you posted....and that is the hardest part. You admit  you need to work on this, and now you've got people to cheer you on!  So welcome....and you will be successful. you have to believe in yourself. You can do this, we are here for you!!
