I had a really good day today...Made a great stew and it tasted fantastic...

Here's my day:
5:30 am 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 cup soy milk
6:00 am 10 oz coffee
6:30 am 24 oz SoBe Living Water Protein Drink
7:45 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc cotto salami
8:15 am 1 serving Fritos Chili Cheese chips (yes, I counted out 31 chips)
9:30 am 24 oz Hawaiian Punch, Lemon Berry
10:15 am So Beach Living Sesame Chicken Wrap Sandwich Kit
10:45 am 10 oz Coffee w/Swiss Miss, 9 dried strawberries
11:30 am ½ cup green peas, ½ cup mashed potatoes
12:00 pm 12 oz Hawaiian Punch Drink Mix, Cherry
12:30 pm 3 pc SF Peanut Brittle, 1 serving Fritos Chili Cheese Chips (again, yes I counted them),
1:00 pm 1 cup of raw peaches, chopped.
2:00 pm 12 oz Hawaiian Punch Drink Mix, Cherry
3:00 pm 24 oz Morning Spark Drink Mix, Grapefruit
4:30 pm 24 oz Hawaiian Punch Drink Mix, Lemon Berry
5:30 pm 3 oz pork loin strips, 1.5 small white potatoes, 1/2 cup of cooked carrots. Yumo.

Since I was shocked when I got home (grandbaby number 10 is on it's way..) I don't think I can eat any more. But maybe a snack later. I did get all my water in and that was good.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Lunch: Salad.. Ham, cheese, lot's of raw veggies with lite italian & SF Jello

Snack: Grapes & Yogart

Dinner: Grilled chicken strips, cheese, lettuce, red onion and ff ranch in a LC wheat wrap & Broccoli n cheese.

Snack: 100 calorie pack of chocolate covered pretzels

I had a pretty good day! I walked the dog for 30 minutes and did an hour of Zumba. I am off to shower and then make my tortilla pizza. I will probably have a snack later probably a skinny cow but otherwise the daily plate is up to date9 I did not eat that much popcorn but errored on the side of caution)! I am getting a little OCD about this thing!
