What exercise did you do today?

Monday (8/4) was a running day so: 25 mins of jogging and 10 mins of walking.

I started the couch to 5K yesterday, so alternately walking and jogging for 30 minutes from 3.5-4.5 mph. I also got another short walk in yesterday. I usually stick to the eliptical, treadmill and Zumba 2-4 times a week but am excited to be doing this couch to 5k thing. I need to lift weights but have not started yet; good for you!

I did my usual 30 min brisk walk during my lunch hour today.  I also went to the fitness center in our apartment complex and walked on the treadmill for 30 min this evening.  I usually walk during my lunch hour every Mon thru Fri and use our tread mill and elliptical in the fitness center on Tues, Thurs and Sat.    Congrats on sticking to your exercise routine.

I went to the YMCA & did the tred mill for 15 min. then did some strength training on my thighs. I carry all my excess weight on my thighs. I truly hate it.
I do the zumba too, on Tue & Fri. Thats a great class. I wish they had it every day.I'D DO IT.
I didn't move as much as others but Idid move.lol.
