Sorry...I lazed out on everyone yesterday..
We drove to pick up an adoptive crab yesterday and met the nicest couple from Australia. People who care about lower life forms like hermit crabs tend to be the BEST people...Boss is having a great time becoming part of a crab community now...Sad little guy was on his own for five years. Now he has new buddies to hang out with. Cool.

My day yesterday:
Coffee
1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup tvp, 1 cup milk...out of soy (and it bothered me)
3 eggs, 1/4 cup fried potatoes, 2 thin slices of bacon

1 cup microwave kettle corn popcorn
1 protein cereal bar
5 oz beef steak
1/8 cup baked potato

2 SF Cookies
1 serving (well, maybe a tad more cuz my tummy hurt a bit) Blue Bunny NSA Chocolate Fudge Frozen Yogurt...Actually, it's Ice Cream and that is my mistake.

Totals for the day:
Calories: 2060
Fat: 91
Carbs: 186
Protein: 127

Not bad. Not really good but not too bad. How did you do?

I know what you mean about the pasta...I can eat cups and cups of salad or meat but give me a bite or two of pasta and I'm done...I figure two bites is about a 1/8 cup of something..

Your menu looks yummy for the day. You have a good sunday too. Mine will be good, hopefully.

10 percent of the calories you took in is equal to the protein that you took in. I have to think that counts for something. Calories= LOW and Protein = pretty good...

All in all, a good Saturday. AND you worked out...That's definitely a plus. All I did Saturday was ride around in the car and then clean and re-arrange hermit tanks...sigh...No aerobics there. LOL.

Have a great Sunday!

My honest opinion? I couldn't maintain my weight on what you have here and I don't think you're getting enough water. What is your goal?

Eggs, to me, are a pretty low rate protein provider. three eggs is half of what my breakfast with TVP and soy milk is and I don't think that's all that great. My breakfast is usually 28 to 36 grams of protein with a 10 oz cup of coffee..

Why so much coffee? I'm addicted to the stuff, myself. I have two cups before I leave for work and one more when I get there and it's harder than heck to stay away from it the rest of the day but I found that one more caffeinated drink about 1-2 pm does me fine so long as I get enough protein..

Your lunch looks good but I can't tell how much meat you're getting..From what I can recall too, the rotiserie chicken was a bit on the greasy side...I didn't like it as much as my own grilled chicken breasts..But again, that's just my opinion (and my pouch talkin).

Have you tried journaling your food on something like dailyplate or fitday? That would give you totals on your calories, fat and protein...carbs is secondary to me but I know I'm going to feel it if they're higher than200 grams in a day..
