friday accountability

Horses are great thank you...just came from cleaning the barn.  No riding again today as we are hoping to take the kids to the movies when they wake up from their naps at any moment.
What do you suggest for whey?  Everything is so high in calories???

 I get american whey which is about 42$ for 5 lbs.  I use three drinks a day. calories are 80 protein 20 per serving.  I also like champion whey stack.  So it really isn't that pricy.  I also like achiev which is ready to drink protein whey from  bariatriceating.com.  I take that in my cooler when I am on the run. Usually I make my protein with my morning coffee and have a mochacchino.

In the long run, protein in this absorbable and digestable form helps us keep healthy.  And its the long run that makes the difference.  Also, I notice I am less hungry when I do this.

I have some ANY whey that is 70 calories & 17g protein which I can start putting into my morning coffee.  That should work well.

I want a margarita! We went out for lunch and I got a chicken taco salad which was good but I really wanted a drink! But as I was still working decided to not have one!

6:00 am 10 oz cup coffee with SF Swiss Miss
7:00 am 1/3 cup oatmeal, ½ cup TVP, 1 cup soy milk
7:30 am 20 oz GV Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
8:30 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc Cotto Salami (mixed meat)
9:00 am 4 oz GV Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
9:00 am 10 oz cup of coffee with SF Swiss Miss
10:15 am 4 oz turkey smoked sausage, 1/4 cup sauerkraut
11:30 am 3 pc Chocolate covered SF Caramels
12:00 pm 24 oz Hawaiian Punch Drink Mix, Juicy Red
2:00 pm 1 medium peach, 4 oz Dannon Light n Fit, 1 Motts Strawberry Medley cup
2:30 pm 8 oz Morning Spark Drink Mix, Grapefruit
3:15 pm 9 all bran crackers, 2 Tbsp Low Fat Peanut Butter
3:45 pm 16 oz Morning Spark Drink Mix, Grapefruit

6:00 pm lobster tail(guessed 10 oz), 1 maybe 2 cups of tortlla chilps and salsa..about a 1/3 cup of that.

 Nice job girlfriend!  I get the sugarfree mixes from bariatric eating and go light on the tequila.  Good taste though!!

coffee & creamer
1/3 steak egg cheese burrito
hard boiled egg.  
2oz ham 1 oz cheese 5 rice crackers.
2 saltines with peanut butter
lg latte SF FF
slice of pizza took over an hour to eat that.
hand full of cheese nips.  Think I need to get those damb things out of the house.  I need to stick with my chrunchy protien snacks.  And the kids seem to like them too.  Which isn't bad until you really want some and I'll be dogged they have been eaten.  Just makes you mad oh well.
Spent most of the walking the halls as usual. I have to remember to eat.  Sometimes I get so busy I forget.  Now that's a change.

Hey paula!  I find that if I put my crunchy food in a separate cupboard others don't eat it.  I have to label it "mom's" and they know if they eat my food its death!! :)
I'd like to see you add some good whey protein drink to your day. You need that absorbable protein, don't forget that.  It helps you  keep full too.
