Howdy folks! Today wasn't a bad day, except that my pouch has suddenly decided that it doesn't like hot cereal anymore and dumped it horribly. Oh well--I'll make some protein bars this weekend to take to work for breakfast instead.

B: Ka**** grain hot cereal

S: Cinnamon protein cookie

L: 1.5oz tuna w/ 1 tsp mayo, 1 tsp. dijon mustard, and 1 tsp. fat free sundried tomato vinaigrette, wrapped in romaine lettuce

S: Kashi chocolate peanut protein bar

D: Moe's southwest grill crunchy taco w/ steak, lettuce, cheese, pico de gallo, and mushrooms (A very filling 200 calorie meal!)

That's all for now, but I think a glass of white wine is in my future. Have a good weekend all!

 have fun shopping!  I told you about my old navy pants find  yesterday didn't I?  Got a tan and blue pair for 6.99 each, and they we a size 2!    Must have been cut big because I really am more of a size 4-5 depending on cut.  But it feels great to buy a 2.
