Finally at 15.5 months post op I finally have a normal BMI.   :)

I weighed 136 yesterday and today.   My final goal from my doc is 130, but before PS I am happy! :)

Great job. I though I'd met my original goal at 7 months post op. My target wt was 225, and I was 345 when I started the pre-op process. I got down to 222. But in the months since that 222 wt, I've lost down to 187.  So you may lose a little more wt, and get to that 130. It takes patience in this process, and so many posts think they're not losing wt fast enough. I know I didn't pack on all the extra wt in a few months, and I realized it would take "time" to get it off.  Pics on avatar show drastic difference. DAVE

Hi Amber,

Congratulations!!  Isn't it a wonderful feeling??!!!  And only at 15-1/2 months?  That's great.

Even though I'm at a normal BMI, I still like to look at those BMI charts and see that I'm in the normal range.  For so many years of being in the bright red range, it is nice to see the green normal range.

Enjoy the green normal BMI!!
