I feel good about my week. I've been doing well on my exercise and have added calories back to my day to avoid seeing black spots--always good to avoid those! :-)

Last week: 155
This week: 155.8 I'm good with that!

How did you do this week?

It was a good week. This one is going to be even better though. The Wii Fit came yesterday and it is SO much fun. I love that it explains exactly what muscles you're working and that it makes you so aware of your balance.

Last week: 164
This week: 160.5

Very cool. I have a Wii Fit as well and love it--especially when I can't get out for a run. I make myself do the yoga stuff--I'm pitiful when it comes to stretching!

I love the yoga--it's really helping my flexibility. I'm hoping with improved flexibility and some strengthening exercises I'll be able to convince myself to do some swimming sprints. I blew out my left shoulder at age 16 from ten years of competitive swimming and had to have surgery. I've been gun shy about going fast ever since. Maybe once I get some good strong muscle around that joint I won't feel so shaky. *crosses fingers*

Any change in routine is hard. You'll get in the swing of things. Sounds like from your other posts that you are rocking at work! :-)
