Hi Dawn, I've been so busy I am seriously behind on the grad board.  I try to post when time allows which isn't near enough.

I'm dealing with something the past two weeks, concerned maybe I have an ulcer.  If it isn't better next week I'm going to my PCP.  It seems to be more frequent the past two days.  Taking Prilosec to see if that helps.  Feels allot like GERD.

I guess my day isn't to bad, I did eat the mac & cheese and green peas mindlessly while cleaning the kitchen tonight.  The rest was planned out so guess overall it was a good day.

Ouch...Ulcer. That is not good. Considering you have very little stomach to handle that..

The numbers look good. Yup. I can tell by the fat and carb number you didn't do the mac and cheese. Sometimes that mac and cheese just calls to ya. My daughter watched the house while we were gone and had some store bought (and VERY CHEESY) mac and cheese in the fridge when she left. So long as I put something good in front of it, it didn't CALL to me. I finally tossed it out cuz if I looked at it just right there may be might be mold on it. How come the stuff that is the worst for us, never gets mold?

Have a great weekend.

Hmmm. Tuna...insert Homer drool here..

I think I may have to get my can of tuna chillin now...

Looks good. Congrats on the Wii Fit. I have a son who is a vidiot (idiot for video games) and when I suggested that we get a wii (for him, I wouldn't want to get it just for me) and then get the Fit game for the two of us (cough, well, just me) he said he wasn't interested...Sigh..I may have to bite the bullet and buy one for MYSELF..What a concept.

The Wii Fits are so hard to find! I used this to check when they were in stock:

http://wiitracker.com/wiifit

But I eventually ended up sniping someone on ebay and getting a pretty good deal, so I was a happy monkey.

My boyfriend is a really good gamer, so we have all of the systems (xbox 360, playstation 3, and the wii). They're all good for different things. The PS3 is neat because it has a blu-ray player. There aren't a lot of games for it though, and the boyfriend admits that he never would have bought it if it hadn't come free with our TV. I do like the wii best though, because it has the most games that get you up and moving. If you get one I suggest wii sports, wii play, wario ware, and of course wii fit. All of those get you off your butt and being silly. Great for crowds too!

(and yes, the tuna was drool worthy)

I was off kilter Thursday because I  lost two whole hours of eating...Whiney sounds inserted here..LOL

Actually, it might have been the taste but while I was on vacation the only problem that I had was getting enough water. I ate enough, I think. But it was inconvenient to pack the bottles of water and frankly we didn't have alot of room after I got all the camping gear in the car..So of course, I sacrificed myself (yet again..) Why do I do that? Sigh. Now I'm having trouble getting into the fluids so that's why I started doing the hourly charting, to sort of point out to myself where I'm going wrong.

Your numbers look really LOW...Awesome, and I'm jealous! Have a great weekend.
