Trying to get back to basics - Help!

Frozen yogurt, pineapple and mango are loaded with simple sugar. Your protein should be dense like meat or cheese. However, with the amount of simple sugars you had, it caused an increase in insulin which made you have a big drop in blood sugar.
I don't eat fruits because of the sugar content, most vitamins can be gotten from veggies with little simple sugars.

I used to love unjury until i read dr Wayne about aspartame, becareful now i go to whole foods claudia
