Miracle Noodle update...

I received my order of the Angel Hair Miracle noodles and this is how I made them tonight...

Sauteed noodles in a fry pan with Olive Oil cooking spray, italian seasonings, shredded carrots, mushrooms, and diced tomatoes (canned cause I'm lazy)...

They were delish! I like these noodles better than the tofu variety. These didn't seem rubbery at all where the tofu ones are a little chewy/rubbery. The only thing I will have to get over is the transluscency (is that a word?). Anyway - I just thought it was weird that they have no color. Not a show-stopper by any means!

I can't wait to order the other "shapes" and start experimenting!

Oh and they kept me feeling full. I ate them almost 3 hours ago and I still feel full - not uncomfortable like with regular pasta, but full.

These are my new "must have" in the pantry/fridge!

It really looked good to me.  I will try and find some of these while at Omaha, they have a Whole Foods and a Traders Joe,..

Also wanted to say hi to you Penni I remember when you were having your surgery,..off the Mo board.  I see you are still around too.  Hope your doing well and hope to see you at one of the support meetings, I have promised myself that I was going to go more but it's not been happening.  I did go to the park though so I did make one step....tehehe

I'm not sure if you realized it or not but you're spelling miracle wrong in the links you have posted. That might be why it's not opening...

You're right...protein would be a great addition. I was already over 120g that day so I didn't need the extra but I probably would've chosen shrimp for this dish! Yummmy...

Firefox wouldn't let me cut and paste sorry I spelled it wrong but you got my dreft I am guessing.  These new fonts OH has are really getting hard for me to see.  Sorry I was trying to copy from one page and guess I just lost it in the translation.

or the tofu variety can be found in your local grocery store usually near the other tofu or in the natural foods section.
