-308# / Hanging Skin Pics / Plastics?

I had asked the other day in a post on the Main Messageboard and on the Plastics messageboard, for comments on my hanging skin...as to if it appears to be "worthy" of PS or if I need to just be thankful that's it's not worse! The verdict is in.......everyone that commented felt that the skin was "worthy" of PS!!! After hearing from so many of you, I am so excited! Even though our insurance company denied me and wants another six months of medical documentations, I think I will go for it. But right now my DH is laid off and we have NO insurance. So, it will be a while, but as soon as he gets back to work I am gonna plan on having it all done!!! Hallelujah!

Cindy, sorry to hear your DH got laid off from his job. I hope something comes through soon for him. In the mean time continue with researching PS.  Research PS surgeons and plan for what is most important to you to have repaired since that is what the PS will ask and may start there.

Wow, you've done a great job with your weight loss . 

Your skin issues would seem like more of a medical problem than just aesthetics.  I sure hope you can at least get some of the PS approved with your insurance - many people have gotten approved you know!  Don't be discouraged.

In the meanwhile if you haven't already, maybe your can get fitted for some really good undergarments (it is good to get fitted 1x and then work from there).  Spanx,  Dr. Rey, and underwear in the likes of these are really nice.  A good bra fitting works wonders too.
