Penni,
I made spaghetti last night; it was one of my favorites pre op and I still love it(just less of it) it now. I actually make a cooking light recipe called spaghetti pie; it is so good!

Howdy folks. Well, Joe and I stayed up verrrrrrrrrrry late on Saturday, so Sunday became a rather odd day in terms of eating because we got up so late. Yesterday's fuel:

Lunch: 6 steamed shrimp, 7 steamed broccoli florets and 1/4 cup steamed rice.

Snack: NSA fudgesicle

Dinner: Tomato sauce, part skim mozzarella ,and fat free ricotta on a multi grain tortilla

Dessert: Cinnamon dolce protein cookie

Snack: Kashi chocolate peanut protein bar

Wow; great food day! I really enjoy the Kashi products. My favorite is the pumpkin granola bars; yum!
I love your protein bar recipe, I am going to try and make it this weekend!
