B:  coffee
S:  fresh fruit w/ yogurt dip made me run for the bathroom!!!
L:  turkey pastrami, 1/2 garlic wrap, mustard & ff cheese & some turnip fries
S:  detour runner bar & decaf dunkin donuts iced coffee
D:  chicken/zucchini bake w/ 5 tortolini & a cheesecake/cream cheese dessert.  I was so STUFFED.  2 glasses of wine
S:  not sure yet ~ 9:43 and I haven't decided but I'm drinking water right now

Just put some more cheesecake/cream cheese/greek yogurt in the freezer w/ strawberries so I'll have that w/ some ff whip toppping and be done although I'm not very tired at 10: 232pm?????

Fair day for me, I may have a protein drink before bed as protein was a little low today. No time for exercise ran errands and grocery shopped today. I passed up the 100 calorie swiss rolls( like  ho ho) I usually get them. I love them frozen eaten slowly but I do not need them!

Did you get in the protein drink before bed?  Protein was way low, like you said.  Don't forget that grocery shopping and errands in some form includes walking...don't they call it "running errands"?  Hope you had a restful nights sleep.

I'm getting back into this after not posting in two weeks...It's hard to see (for me) how many carbs I've been consuming during vacation but I'm glad to see my protein didn't suffer too much. This would be a typical day on my vacation:

Instant Oatmeal, 1/2 cup TVP, Soy milk, Cup of Motts Peach Medley added (yumo) and coffee

Lunch: Chicken Quesadilla (1 cup of chicken, 3 oz Queso cheese, 1 large flour tortilla)

Snacks: 2 servings of Pringles (yup, I know this was not good - 300 empty calories)

Dinner: 5 oz beef steak, 1/4 cup baked potato

Dessert: Frozen Yogurt, Blue Bunny Strawberry Cheesecake flavor

Late night: 1 cereal protein bar

Counts for the day:
Calories: 2067
Fat: 79
Carbs: 182
Protein: 156

Glad to be back and getting back into normal life.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Good morning all! Hope everyone is well and healthy.

Yesterday's fuel:

B: Banana nut protein muffin

L: 2oz. deli turkey, diced tomatoes and 2 tbsp cheese wrapped in lettuce

S: Apple protein cake

D: 4.5oz bison burger (no bun) topped with sauteed mushrooms and one slice of tomato

I also had a vodka martini after dinner while we waited for the movie. It was lovely!

S: 40g cheddar goldfish

Totals: 957 cals, 32g fat, 65g carbs, 68g protein

A pretty good day for me (my surgeon recs. 50-70g protein a day and under 90g carbs)

I made protein ice cream last night with chocolate powder and a little bit of SF chocolate fudge pudding powder---it came out like gelato! Yum! Can't wait to have some today.
