 watched my grandson today!  Loved it!!
Tried to eat that steak, but have to eat it in small portions. I'll keep working on it tomorrow!
No exercise today except walking....will do it tomorrow though!

late S:  vanilla greek yogurt, PB2, white chocolate jello mix, sf choc. syrup & whip topping...OMG this stuff is good ~ guess it's okay I can't make ice cream cause this stuff is pretty darn good!!

 yeah...you were finally able to ride your horse!!!!!

nice day...but still would like to see you getting some whey protein drink in there....not enough protein that you can absorb!!  You know this is my pet peave!!
Your snackie sounds yummy.  I had some bryers sf ice cream and it was grainy...yucky!  I did have some edys sf coffee ice cream last week that was sooooo good!
Keep up the good work! Tomorrow is my margareta friday. Its my day off!!

I had a pretty good day and was day 5 in a row for exercise! Except the SF candy I did all right. Hope every one has a great night!

 great on the exercise!  I'd like to see your protein up though, and also in a more absorable form like whey protein drink or powder mixed into food. Unfortunately we don't absorb all we eat.....

I did well overall yesterday. I rode the exercise bike at intervals for 25 minutes and then did an ab workout. Good stuff. Can you believe that the dressing for the Wendy's salad has more calories than the salad itself!?!

Yes I am a grandmother of 3 and the 4th being born in January around the 15th!  4 yr old Savannah, 4 month old Landon, 1 yr old jaslynn!!

Mary kay does well for my face, that's why I sell it!  And hair dye...and exercise...and dressing trendy...

Thank goodness I baked protein stuff wednesday night. I was in such a lazy mood yesterday! I walked for about an hour and a half, but I am still looking for the perfect weight bench/dumbbell set so I can get back into lifting. Hopefully it's a hot hot weekend so I can go play in the pool too. Anyway, on to yesterday's fuel:

B: 3/4 Luna Pecan Pie Protein Bar (it was too sweet for my taste, but skipping breakfast is bad.)

S: Banana nut protein muffin

L: 2oz. deli turkey, diced tomato, and 2tbsp. cheddar cheese wrapped in a large romaine leaf.

S: Apple protein cake (oh god it's so good--10g of protein for CAKE--see my blog for this joy.)

D: 2.5 chicken legs with the skin removed

S: More apple protein cake. I'm serious, this stuff is so good, my boyfriend didn't believe it was healthy. If fat bothers you, replace half (or all, if you want) of the almond butter with NSA applesauce.
