I was sooooo happy when I found this stuff...It is so good. It is not your average yogurt...There are other brands of Greek yogurt for a little cheaper...but I always go back to "fa-yeh" Fage...
The site above has the nutritional facts...it has low sugar (just lactose sugars)...It is HIGH in protein and low or zero fat depending on which one you use. The flavored ones are very high in sugar, so I don't use those...But plain, tastes like sour cream and I use it in place of anything I use sour cream in. Dips, mixed with spices for meats or plain with Mexican dishes...on omelets, or with pureed or course chopped berries and a SF sweetener (I use stevia drops) Or ready made NSA preserves...A little is a very satisfying sweet snack as a fruit yogurt.
It's expensive, but a large tub goes a long way...Like a tub of sour cream...I even make creamy salad dressing with it. I use it almost daily...It's just the best! I've seen it as high as $6 for a large tub and I found it as low as $4.50...I would go out of my way to find it...and I would spend the $6 if I had to! LOL I love it that much!
Edited to fix my tons of typos...sorry! I'm ADD!

I get mine at Giant, Bloom, Wegmans, Trader Joes too..I keep forgetting you are on the East Coast! I don't always find it in the regular yogurt section...Sometimes it's in a refrig section where they have all the organic and tofu weird hippy flippy stuf! LOL All the stuff that I am afraid to try! The tub looks like a Cool-Whip container...So it's easy to over look...If you have a Trader Joes they have their own version too...but I didn't care for it...Oikos is okay...and cheaper but Fage is still the best! I'm thrifty...but some things I will splurge on...Gotta have my Fage! Go to the desk at the grocery store and ask if they can order some.
