I just try to eat sensibly every day and track my food at thedailyplate.com. I do eat ALOT of the same foods daily like for lunch everyday I eat a salad w/shaved deli chicken, cheese, croutons and ranch. I usually  have 2 scrambled w/ cheese, cottage cheese, cheese sticks, bananas, strawberries, tuna w/whole grain crackers, almonds, chicken salad, yogurt, grilled chicken breast, Supreme protein bars and due to constipation problems I eat Fiber One cereal daily. I'm definitely not perfect every day and sometimes fall off the wagon, but the foods above are what I always turn back to  and are really may mainstay when I'm being "good" which is most days. Hope this helps!

I make a lot of my own protein bars, cookies, and muffins because they're easy to just throw in my work bag.

I eat a lot of sandwiches (I use lettuce as the bread) like turkey, tuna salad made with mustard and ff sundried tomato vinaigrette, chicken salad..etc.

A good tortilla pizza hits the spot when I'm craving pizza.

Oh, and I love red meat, but generally buy bison because it is leaner and has less hormones than mass produced beef. I love a bison burger (no bun) topped with a big slice of tomato, fresh mozzarella and a bit of basil.

If you want recipes for some of those things, just go to my blog and you'll find them there. Good luck!

What is the nutritional info on the muffins? You have a recipe for blueberry? Im addicted to Plumpkittys Pumpkin Muffins. Had some for my AM snack today. There more of idividual pumpkin custards. Really really good. Been trying to think how to make them into blueberry.

The banana-nut muffins yield 8 decent sized muffins at 151 calories, 6 grams of fat, 12 grams of carbohydrates, and 8 grams of protein. I'm sure you could swap the mashed banana for some mashed up blueberries...blue muffins!

The recipe for apple cake can also be tweaked. Instead of apple butter, apple slices, and graham cracker crumbs on top, you could do a blueberry compote. That actually sounds really good....hmmmmmmm

Lots of lean protein, veggies, fruits and lastly starch/carb. I aim to get the majority of my fat from natural sources (nuts, nut butters, olive oils, avacados etc) and limit the animal sources sticking to the lean proteins and low fat diary products.
I also believe in eating a variety of foods and eating balanced - I also believe in allowing for 'treats' and I dont have any no foods.
My staples are 0% greek yogurt, 2% cottage cheese, RF cheese, lean deli turkey (reduced sodium), chicken breasts and lean ground beef.  A typical day is greek yogurt w/fruit and granola for bfast, lunch is a lean protein, veggie (usually salad) and fruit, dinner is a lean protein veggie and fruit. Snacks are a protein and typically a carb - cheese and crackers, a fiber one bar or south beach cereal bar.... (I do 3 meals and 3-4 snacks)
This is pretty general if you need anything further let me know!
