Well...I did ok today. But I ate a muffin over the course of the day.  Oh well....still having a hard time eating anything really substantial though.  Will work on increasing the protein food sources during the day.

Rain also equals NOT 100 degrees! :-) It's hot here in NC!

I had a good day overall. I had a GREAT 6 mile run--coulda been the M&M's--or the guilt over the M&M's. Hee Hee. The food below looks like a lot--and in someways it is--but a lot of the stuff in the middle was all in a salad--I'm trying to remain super-honest with myself! I shoulda gone to bed before the snacks though.

Tired does not equal hungry. Tired does not equal hungry. Tired does not equal hungry. Sorry--talking to myself! :-)

Yall have a great day!

Good morning! It's finally sunny again on Capitol Hill and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it stays that way so I can do some grilling tonight
Yesterday's fuel:

B: Kashi Go Lean Cinnamon Coffee Cake Protein Bar

S: 1 cup protein cereal

L: 4 veggie pizza bites

S: Apple butter protein bar

D: Most awesome tortilla pizza yet: 1 multigrain tortilla with a sauce made from 1 diced roma tomato, 1.5 diced baby bella mushrooms, a dash of onion powder, fresh parsley, fresh basil, and two spoonfuls of my homemade tomato sauce. (my last jar from last season--good thing tomato season is coming soon!) I finished it with a 1/4 cup of part skim mozzarella and a few small dollops of fat free ricotta. It was delicious. Plus I got to use herbs from my garden AND my first tomato of the season.
S: NSA fudgesicle and half serving cheddar goldfish crackers.

Also, 2.5 liters of water
