iron supplements?

ok-tender it is!!!
my scrip for prenatals is up so i won't bother refilling- was using up what i had....used to have insurance and it was covered!

so--i guess that the tenders are def needed at my house! thanx!!will go place my order right now.......

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Tender Iron is awesome! I was anemic and took it for 2 months and it brought me right into the normal ranges...LOW but normal! My iron went from 22 to 55...My ferritin from 5 up to 16. (I'm trying to get both levels in the 100's

I've been taking 13 Tender Iron tablets a day with Vit C and it's been 6 months...I'm hoping my labs schedule 8 Aug will show an ever greater rise in levels! I think it will...Probably will be a while before I hit 100's...but ya never know!

Now if only I could find a super duper magnesium!
