ok how is everyone doing out there on the first day of diet?? please check in??
Well, I am on that pouch thingy so I have been enjoying liquids all day. I did fine all day because I was out shopping and hanging out with my Mom-in-law. I even went and got ho****er from subway to mix my cream soup in. I wasen't even missing food. I am not hungry but now that I am home the kitchen is calling and calling me. I had a protein shake for supper and I have had sugar free popcicles, sugar free pudding and water. I am going to enjoy more soup here in a minute and probably some more pudding. One day almost down and four to go! I walked a lot shopping but no real excersise. Wish me luck and good luck to all. God bless, Penni
I woke up after the weekend and weighed this morning. It jolted me into hardcore overdrive. I've planned out my menu for the day and I'm going to stick with it. The hardest thing lately has been me planning my meal for the day, then we end up going out to eat with friends. I make good decisions, but most restaurant meals are so high in carbs/calories. My mission is to do better in that area of the day. I'm also incorporating some protien shakes back into the day. I've been really hungry at 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. So instead of one snack at 3:00 p.m. each day, I've split it into 2 snacks, one will be the protien shake and the other will be something like cottage cheese and peaches.
