Saturday Accountability--Better Late Than Never!
Hi, everyone! I know it's almost the end of Sunday, but I'm going to put up the Saturday Accountability thread anyway! I know we all must have been super busy this weekend...
I started seeieng black spots and getting dizzy again on Friday, and it continued on into Saturday with some real problem moments. My DH was VERY upset with me for cutting my calories so much. When this happened before, I finally went to my surgeon who said that I have to eat more carbs/calories because of my running and due to a very low blood pressure (generally 85-90 over 50ish). So, I've relented. Maybe I won't weigh 155 (or less!). Maybe my body just needs to stay in the high 155s. My DH... ahem... strongly reminded me that the surgeon said that I needed to eat at least 1500 calories a day, so that's my goal now... 1500-1800 calories a day and no black spots. How was your Saturday?

Sat was busy....I don't remember what I ate, but not much. Emotional and hard to eat. Had some sugar free cake and some hamburger patty, my protein drinks, don't remember what else. Did not have my computer to log onto fit day!
