I am new to the grad board. I am from Texas and am almost 5 yrs out. I have been struggling alot here lately. I got down to 136 and am now back up to 146-148. I am still considered over weight, since I am only 5 ft. I would like to get to a normal weight for me which is 128 , but seem to have a hard time maintaining my current weight. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance!!

Welcome Donna,
You will find some really great information and support here.  Good people.
I moved to Bryan/College Station 5 yrs ago, but  lived in Atascocita for 18 yrs.  Sometimes I miss it so much, but I really love my job here in Bryan.  Have seriously considered commuting until gas prices went nutso!
Glad to cyber-meet you.

Welcome, why don't you check out the accountibility thread here on the grads board. If you aren't already journalizing you food intake it might help you see where you could change things a bit and lose a few more pounds. Congratulations, on keeping off the majority of your weight loss over 5 years.

Hi Donna, I'm happy to see you on the Grad Board.  This board isn't as active as the TMB but the information, sharing and support is phenomial.  I agree with Sel, check out the accountability thread, start journaling your food intake I know when I do these things I'm more apt to have a good healthy eating day.

You might want to consider the 5 day pouch test to regroup and condition your mind and pouch to what you felt early in this journey.  www.5daypouchtest.com  Many of us have used it, some several times.  I have a busy week this week and then I'm heading to Dallas next weekend to hang out with allot of the TMB peeps, but the next Monday I'm going to do it again.  I tend to do much better when I have a "program" to follow.

Hang in there, losing the slight regain you have is much more manageable then needing to lose 100 lbs and not having a tool.
