done 5 day pouch test

 Yesterday ended my 5 day and I am proud to say that I lost 9.6 lbs.  Better yet, I feel like I am more in the place mentally that I need to be to get me on track.  I feel so much better about myself than I have in months.  I feel more in control instead of food controlling me.  Just wanted to thank everyone for all their support.  I couldn't have done it without you.

WOW - Amazing! 9.6lbs. Thats Almost 10lbs. Good for you for getting back in control of your eating! I am very happy for you. Congrats! Keep up the great work! :-)

 Thank you all for your support and encouragement.  My only tip is to spend a lot of time on this site.  The people here have really helped me stay on track and want to succeed for myself and the people I'm accounting to.  Good luck to both of you who are starting the pouch test on Monday.  I wish you both the best.  You can do it.
