Hi all, I started eating the full bars about 3 weeks ago and have lost 18lbs. I eat 1/2 of a bar before lunch and supper and can tell you this I am full!!! I do eat but about 1/2 of what I used to eat and I drink more water now which is good for you. You have to drink a full bottle of water with the bar. My daughter who says she is a chicken to have surgery started with me and has lost 26 lbs. She was a big eater especially at night now she doesn't snack at all. I love the peanut butter ones the best. I have tried so many things trying to lose weight. I had RNY in 2005 and stopped losing after 2 years so this is a godsend to me. Good luck to you all. Malinda

I got cold chills (still am) reading your post!! I jsut got my first order of fullbars ( I ordered three months worth, they seemed that wonderful I was willing to go all the way and get them for cheaper). I  also had surgery in 2005, lost down to 190 and have now gained up to 227, my goal weight is 145!! OH MY GOSH! I think they ARE a godsend! And reading your success has made me SOOOO excited! I just ate half of one, then 30 min later went to eat lunch...and I could barely eat 1/4 of a sandwhich, when normally I could eat almost the whole thing! that was an hour and a half ago and I'm STILL full..when normally I'm ready to eat again in 2 hrs!

I'm gonna give it a little bit of time and then report to the board how i'm doing...but if this truly as agreat as it is seeming to be, we need to spread the word! IF this was MLM I would SO sign up! lol there are NO MLM I "believe" in enough to sell...but so far I am loving these and I'mr eally hoping to see the same success youv'e seen. I seriously got chills reading your post, cause I see how they are making me full..and to know they ARE working for real people out there is so great! Thanks for sharing!

I have been watching your posts with great interest.  The bars sound very promising.  I started bidding on Full Bars on E-bay, but they went up to what the main website was charging.  I can't believe people blow up the auction to as much as the retail cost!  That doesn't make sense; anyway, I hope you do post about the bars.  How did the bar taste?  Let us know about the flavors.  How long did it take to receive the order?

I ordered them on a saturday, they shipped them Monday, and they got here Wednesday . I like both flavors that I got. I got the peanut butter and the cranberry.. I'll keep ya posted on how I'm doing with them...so far tho I've hardly eaten anything.. so I've had about 320 calories from the bars, then maybe another 2 hundred calories on top of that from actual food.  And now I'm going to bed...so I'll keep one by my bedside for my night snacking... But you eat so little food it really isn't that expensive (if you buy 3 months worth, two months worth then get a month free) so you eat a couple bars, then about 1/4 (or less) of the amount of food I'd otherwise eat. And it's really cool..cause I'll eat half a fullbar.. and feel full..then within about 30 min I feel like I want real food (and it's time to eat..) so I eat a few bites and I'm done...just like when I was a few months out of surgery.. so we'll see!!

I don't use them as "food". I believe how it works is the puffed rice swells up with the water.. filling you up. You are supposed to use it 30 min before you eat. So I just go about my day drinking my water..la di da, eat half a full bar with a glass of water (considering i****er intake not food).. wait the thirty minutes, so NO water for 30 minutes, eat my meal... then still no water for an hour after my meal, (which was tiny tiny by the way cause the full bar really does fill you up from 30 minutes prior) then go about drinking water again till 30 min before my next meal then repeat the process.

when I eat it withou****er it just feels like eating food.. I could eat a full bar pretty easy, but iwhen I eat it with half a bottle of water half a bar fills me up and by the time my meal time comes around I can only eat a few bites.

so you've lost 18 lbs in 3 weeks and she has lost 26 lbs in three weeks?!!!!! How is she using it? just eating a bar before her two main meals? Since I'm a snacker/grazer I don't really have two "big meals' so I'm eating 1/3 to 1/2 a bar every 2-3 hrs...and then when I want real food there's always only just room for a few bites.. Only been one day, so not hing to write home about, but I am down 2.2 lbs.. so we'll see what tomorrow brings. I'm eating about 1/4 of what I had been eating. So if I use t his "tool" in addition to my surgery tool, it just might do me some good.. too soon to tell, but I'm hopeful!

Thanks again.  I placed an order for the trial package.  I hope this work well for the both of us.  The commercial did show a pretty big bar, so I figured if we do eat half, the bar will not be too expensive.

Well, day one on the fullbar is a success. Lost 2.2 lbs in exactly 25 hrs. NOW of course one could argue that is "water weight' or what not..so I know it's too soon to tell. HOWEVER.. I've been working really hard for 6 weeks to keep my calories down, working out a lot....doing a LOT better then i was when I was gaiing 5 lbs a month...and so I stopped gaining..but then gained two lbs..then in a week lost 2 lbs, then went up 1 lb..and played this game till I was right where I started at the begining of the six weeks..so at least I didn't gain in the month of June. So even tho 2 lbs ins't a big deal, the fact that it happened overnight WAS a big deal..that's how my weight loss was 4 months out..the scale went down every time I stepped on it.. I couldn't "wait till tomorrow!" cause I got skinnier every day. SO we'll see what day two brings! I'm a snacker/grazer, so I'm eating 1/3 to 1/2 a bar every 2 to three hours..then when I feel like eating I'm always a little full so I just end up eating a few bites of chicken or whatever. this morning I ate my bar with a low calorie protein shake to get a big chunk of protein in as the bars aren't very high in protein.  As far as taste, It hink they are pretty good, as far as effectiveness..I'm eating about 1/4 of the food as I was before (which was half of what I was eating 6 weeks ago..so really I'm eating a small fraction of what I was eating 2 months ago as I ate a cup and a half of food every 2 hours!!)  So I hope they work great for you! and I hope they work great for me! I think they are a "tool" just like the surgery is a "tool" you can still fight against it..you can still say "oh I really want to eat a lot of pizza tonight, so I'm not going to eat a fullbar" OR you can say "I eat this full bar before dinner no matter what!." and the viola.. all that pizza you thought you wanted is no longer a temptation, cause after 4 bites or so you're literaly full!

But yeah, as far as cost...if you buy 3 months at a time the cost goes way down and ends up being like a dollar a bar or so? and since you're eating a lot less real food I think it averages out pretty good.  Let me know as SOON as you notice ANYTHING good or bad with them, I'm so curious how this goes for other people!

Leslee,
Are you still using the full bars and are they working for you? I am interested in hearing what you have to say and if anyone else has had success with them. I am thinking about giving them a try myself.
Thank you!!
