Thanx for starting the thread...I was going to but never sure if anyone minds.

on my way to work: coffee
L: Applebee's = shrimp, almonds & dressing from spinach & shrimp salad & what appeared to be 2 chicken tenders from the mini chicken sandwiches...lots of laughs with friends
S: 8 green grapes, 4 medium strawberries & slice of sargento rf swiss handful of wasabi snack mix
D: boca burger w/ cheese from a slice of pizza ~ kids and I had a pizza picnic on the livingroom floor while it thundered and rained
S: Sam Adams Summer Ale
picking: 2 mini cheddar rice cakes, 4 dill pringles, 2 honey almonds, & finger of pb
late S: 1/2 cup greek yogurt w/ 1tbsp pb2 & 1 pumpkin brownie crumbled in ~ freezing right now will add whip topping
I'm picking and can't seem to get it under control ~ finally threw out the plate of brownies because I kept going for them and don't want to. Kids each had one and I threw out 4 plus the damn crumbs I kept going for and putting back. I'm frustrated about my eating.

Kudos for throwing out the brownies!!! I know when I get the hungries, I usually need more protein. You know what I'm going to say " add a whey protein drink" ....but it does help!!
don't beat y ourself up, before wls you probably would have eaten the 4 brownies and scarfed up the crumbs!!!!

I ran about three miles and then lifted for back and shoulders. Also did some abs.
I waited too long to eat and was really hungry by evening... So that's Wendy's... It could have been worse, I guess. :-) Such is life! I will do better Saturday/Sunday.
