It's 10pm on th.e East Coast and I'm almost ready to go to bed so I thought I'd post.

Great day today with my personal WOW moment and a perfect ride on my horse .
Didn't feel much like eating today but I did anyways:
on the way to work:  coffee
S:  Powerade Zero (mixed berry is really good) & silver $ size chocolate chip cookie - my 1st since surgery!!!!
L:  3oz chicken breast & 1/2 cup mashed turnip handful of edamames
S:  Detour Runner chocolate peanut butter bar ~ this was a clearance find for 50 cents and I wish I had bought more because it was really good!!!  large dunkin donuts decaf cinnamon iced coffee w/ skim milk (didn't fini**** ~ about 16oz)
D:  boca burger, fat free kraft swiss cheese, mustard & relish w/ 12 soya krips
S:  greek yogurt w/ cheesecake pudding raspberry & chocolate sf syrup topped with whip topping & nuts.

had about 70oz of fluid so far.
calories: 1055
protein: 73
carbs:  103 omg!!

 not bad day for you!!
Thanks for starting the post, just got in from seeing patients and its 11:30pm my time. Tried to access fitday, but couldnt so I will just write what I ate:

3 protein drinks
wasabe peas
strawberries
cherries
slice ww bread with 1 tbs peanut butter
slice meatloaf, with half a small roll 
2 slices bacon

Killed myself at kung fu today, but it felt good.
Thyroid level really off,  have to increase medication. I won't be so tired! yea!

30 min elliptical
30 min upper body free weights

I had a good day--busy--but got my workout in: 2 mile run, weights (chest and triceps), and 25 minutes of intervals on the bike. Whew! Here's my food intake:

G'morning fellow grads! I hope everyone is well and healthy this morning. I made a batch of apple butter protein bars last night (oh god so good) and cinnamon protein ice cream after finally finding a protein powder I like (Optimum Nutrition Nitro in Vanilla Ice Cream flavor). It was a good day. Low calorie-wise, but a good day.

The damage:

B: Kashi Go Lean Hot Cereal

S: 1/2 cup protein cereal and apple cinnamon protein cookie.

L: 5 veggie pizza bites

D: 3.5 oz. pork chop and small ear of sweet corn.

S: NSA fudgesicle

Not a lot of calories, but still got my requisite 70 grams of protein so I can't complain.

Hi Neen,
I love your blogspot!!!  I bookmarked you and can't wait to try your protein bars!!!  They have fewer calories and more protein then a lot of bars I have been eating.  And...I love to cook now.  Thank you!
