Has anyone had plastic Surgery done threw a residency program?

Okay  I know i read some where long ago people who couldn't afford plastic surgery on there on since it is so costly some suggested going threw a residency program and you pay half the price, yes . .Has anyone had this down.. ??

All the advise i can give is.. with massive weight loss and the skin left over.even the most skilled Plastic surgeons have a hard time and most end up having to do revisions.. even if its free and all you pay is OR and anestesia( which is the normal routine and its still cost several thousands for "free" revison work) you still have the pain ,suffering, time lost from work/ family and risk associated.
I can say go to the best. if you cannot afford it ....seek financing. this is not an area you want to skip on or go in looking for a deal.  There are several well know  post wls plastic surgeons that I know of.. many people have to travel out of state to see them. They advertise on this site.
 
I would HIGHLY reccomend them.I have been through some plastic surgery issues. mine all needs to be fixed.. I paid allot of money but have to re pay all over again.. and all the pain and everything.. if i would have choosen a top specialist in post wls plastic surgery I feel it would have saved me money in the long run.
