what happened to the wagonwheel man

I haven't seen him post here in the last few days. I didn't follow the plan but I did like some of the menu ideas.I just cut back on the carbs. There are way to many carbs for me. But like everyone I get tired of the same ol' same ol'     thing to eat.

He is still around. He posted yesterday on BAF. From what I hear he is more than happy to answer anyone's questions and help them out. People that are trying it are losing pretty well. I am 'kind of' doing it, just not really putting as much thought into it as I need to.
