ok - here's one for yado you take your vitamins on an empty stomach?if not and you take them after a meal? then - what about the thirty minute drinking rule?please tell me what YOU do and what YOU think is the best plan.thankskf burger

now that i can not have my beloved kashi bar for breakfast - i too will be using a protien shake for that meal - so, i guess that would be a great time

 I like to have my coffee, with a little milk then add my chocolate fudge protein powder and mix it up and have a mocha coffee, and its yummy. fills me up too.

 american sport nutrition - american whey double dutch chocolate supreme 5 lbs for 42$.

I also like chocolate champion whey stack

Can orders these on line, but I get them at a local sports and health store.  Remember to get the whey stuff...not all protein powders are equal!!

I take all pills with food. Food with pills, pills with food. Makes me take them on schedule and then I don't issue myself more food if I'm done with pills for the day.

I take 5 groups. 4 are calcium-ish groups and then the one iron group, always taken with fruit or veggie.

We never had a pre-food no drink thingy, so some ppl take stuff before a meal. I take mine WITH food, literally. Chew up the food, put pills in the food, and down the hatch. Wraps the pills in saliva and generates a lil acid to go with 'em.

I take mine in the morning before I leave for work - empty stomach with just a little water.. around 645am, I then eat bfast around 8-830am.

As for calcium I take them with my mid morning and mid afternoon snack.

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
