Saturday accountability
I was out early today...went to my grandbabies 1 yr birthday party! What fun! Legs are swelling due to my T.o.m. yuck! But all in all, doing o k!
How did you do today?? for some reason when I tried to copy from fit day, it wouldn't do it? Well, here are my totals at least

Hi, guys,
I went to the gym this morning and ran about three miles, did lower body calistenics, pull-ups, push-ups, and crunches... Then I relaxed in the sauna for a bit--very nice.
Here's what I recorded today for food...

But then I lost my friggin' mind at a cookout... I had stromboli with pepperoni and cheese in it, pasta salad, a cookie, chips with dip, watermelon, baked potato wedges (lots), and then... two slim slices of cake... Okay--I should have been okay. The only thing I really over did it on was the potato wedges... Oh, and I had a couple of glasses of wine--not terrible. BUT, BUT, BUT about 30 minutes after the cake, I was hugging the porcelin god... Sorry for the disgusting graphic. I was/am so
with myself! I was so good/so strict all week that my body just couldn't take it last night. Terrible choices! Now I feel oh-so-crappy... What in the world was I thinking?
So add five million calories to the total above and then subtract one million for what ended up in the toilet.
I'll do better today...
I was busy today, running all over. It's my DD's 7th birthday, so there was cake. Lotsa cake.

B: Pancake Sizzli sandwich from Wawa (2 silver dollar pancakes with sausage/egg/cheese between them) a hash brown, and a venti breve peppermint mocha from Starbuck's (there's a 'Buck's in my supermarket - I get one every Sunday when I do my shopping)
S: fresh cherries, as I was washing them
L: ham & cheese w/mayo on 1 slice of bread, 5 sweet gherkins, 1/2 white peach, small slice of chocolate cake (my mom made it from scratch - can't tell you how rare that is!)
S: 2 slim Jims
D: (Went to the Border Cafe) guacamole & chips, 1/2 a beef quesadilla, 1 small slice ice cream cake (yes, the waitstaff sang "Happy Birthday" to my baby)
S: 1 slice apple cranberry pie
