Accountability...Saturday
Happy Saturday Everyone ~
I guess Dawn is still on vacation and Tammi is mia too.
Today was a horse show day and I don't do well eating on these days. Didn't really eat anything worthy until about 2pm when I finally was able to eat lunch...I wasn't really even hungry but my knees were knocking so I knew I needed something.
Here's what I had today:
B: coffee S: decaf iced coffee w/ skim milk ~ dunkin donuts large, handful of wasabi mix ~ wow is this stuff HOT L: (2pm) 2 oz deli turkey, 1/2 pita, ff kraft swiss cheese, & mustard w/ 1/4 c. edamame ~ I'm addicted! S: 3/4 brownie ~ gave me a terrible stomach ache and the foamies just as I knew it would D: 2/3 c broiled scallops w/ 2 tbsp bread crumbs S: have some greek yogurt, pb2 & choc. syrup freezing gonna add whip topping & nuts but it's addicting.

Sorry...guess I should have waited another couple of minutes.
I did the pure protein bar this morning...it's one of those huge ones with 300 calories and 32g protein but with a lot of sugar I only took a couple bites. I generally have a protein bar every afternoon for snack. In the morning if I eat I feel yucky for the rest of the day. I do coffee & water but have yet to find a food that my stomach likes early. I have a shake in the fridege at owrk but tend to forget it. Just need to make it a "routine".
