Friday Accountability...did I miss it??
I could't find the Friday accountability thread so I'm posting one of my own...sorry Tammy & Dawn but I need to do this to keep me honest and semi-sane!!

L: turkey, ff swiss cheese, mustard on a 1/2 pita & 1/4 c edamame
S: chocolate peanut butter atkins bar
D: 2/3 c baked scallops w/ light marg. & bread crumbs
S: glass of wine
late snack: edy's triple chocolate light ice cream w/whip topping & nuts
How did everyone else do on Friday??
Dawn's on vacation.. so I think it fell through the cracks.
I had a high carb day yesterday, but most of it were good carbs (veggies and fruit).
1c coffee w/ ff moo
1c oikos w/ fibersure and vive
grilled chicken fillet w/ buffalo wing sauce
1c oikos w/ fibersure and 1/2c raspberries
1 small ear (about 2/3c) of yellow corn
raspberry protein icecream
twisted protein bar
1121 cals 18g fat 118.33g carbs 130.87g protein 26.13g fiber
20 minutes on elliptical (head was *pounding*)
30 minutes upper body free weights

B: Skipped it because we were packing, but had some Ka**** Grain Puffs cereal in the car
L: Half of a veggie tortilla pizza
Snack: 10 almonds and 5 baby carrots
D: 1/4 cup fried calamari, small salad, 1/4 dinner roll, 10 broiled scallops
Snack: 10 almonds
Late Snack: Kashi Chocolate Almond Protein Bar
Now, I'm going to get that boy's butt out of bed....lol!

It was a busy day yesterday, so I didn't really eat that much. Standard disclaimer: Maintaining DSer, lots of calories & fat, very little absorbed.
B: bacon/egg/cheese on croissant (pitched half the croissant), lg iced coffee with cream & sugar.
L: Trader Joe's Spinach & Mushroom Quiche, 2 slim Jims.
S: lg. iced coffee with cream & sugar.
S: Venti breve iced caffe mocha with whipped cream from Starbucks.
D: (at a pool party BBQ) 2 hamburger patties & ketchup on one roll, 3 grilled chicken tenders, about 3 oz. mozzarella cheese in herbed oil, 3 crackers, 3 pieces sushi, 1/2 c. salad (romaine & strawberry - very interesting), 2 tortilla chips w/ 7 layer dip, 2 rice krispie treats, 2 brownies, 2 small glasses of merlot.
