other fluids- 99 oz water, 16 oz SF power drink
1/2 mile walking

Day 2- the same with 84 oz water and 44 oz iced tea

Day 3-

First congrats on your weight loss! What is your plan after the 5DPT?

Thank you. Currently I don't have a set plan other then as they recommend continuing moving into day 6 and beyond which is a continuation of day 5 with an addition of small amounts of complex carbs.

I like your idea of shaking it up- not keeping your calories the same so your body doesn't adjust.

It can be done. I too sat around thinking I can't let it come back ( as I sat there eating chips). Making just a few adjustments you can get back in the swing of things. I literially am not hungry.
