Friday Weigh-in!
Well good for you! It's always a mile stone when you go to the next lower ten pound number!
There for a while I was heading back towards 170 weighing at 167 for 3 weeks! Scared the hello outta me!
But for a few days now I'm back at 165 lbs! YAY! Wouldn't mind a few more to gowith my semi -fake tan...(forgot sun screen on the boat last weekend and got freckles under my fake tan! PHOOEY!!!! That will take all winter to get rid of....

I like your "range" idea. Instead of letting one pound up throw me into the depths of despair, or one pound down send me into a euphoric high (wow what a rollercoaster when you weigh 10 times a day on a scale that bounces around from lb to lb lol). I've decided to do a "range" thing. I weigh myself on the same scale at my gym each time I weigh..if I stay within a 5 lb range then I consider myself "maintaining" when I dip below that 5 lb range into the NEXT 5 lb range then I consider it a loss worth celebrating, if I dip up into the next range higher I consider it a gain worth taking seriously. But no more freaking out at .64 lbs! Maybe as I get really close to my goal I'll take EACH lb more seriously, but for now I'm kinda measureomg my success (or times of concern) in 5 lb increments. And as my former post said, I've lost 5 lbs! So I'm in the "range" lower then the one I've been in for a month! YEAH! On to the next "range".
