Friday Weigh-in!

I've never started the Friday weigh-in thread before, but I am going to today! (I hope that's okay with everyone!) I'm just so excited that I want to put my weight up right away! I worked very hard last week and this week--to get my food intake under control and to be sure my exercise was where it needed to be. I'm now at 155! I lost the weight that had crept back on and am now below goal (well, one pound below--but still!!!). I hope everyone else had a great week! How did you do?

Yay you!!!  I love being in the 150's again too. Doesn't it feel great to have taken control back? How did you do it? I can say that 3 weeks ago I was 162 and today I am also 155! Of course, I had a huge tummy tuck so that helped, lol! Have a great weekend. Molly

Thanks! I love the 150s and really, really, REALLY want a tummy tuck, too! I'm jealous. :-) I worked very hard at being honest with myself in my food journal--which I was meticulous about keeping. I knew I was going to post it each day here on our message board and that helped me make good decisions... When I drifted away from those good habits, the weight was creeping on. I've got to stay true to the tools that WORK! Have a great weekend!

Absolutely! You're recruited to start it again NEXT friday too, if you want!  Last week: 122.8 This week: 122.4 No sleep, too much heat...Hopefully I'll have at least an extra pound from riding around in the car and sleeping better when I get back in two weeks.  If I don't log on for two weeks, every one have a great weekend and take care!
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

You know the doctors scale always weighs you differently.  When I went to the doctor on Wednesday his scale said 175lbs...mine said 171lbs...so according to my scale today weighing in @ 167lbs I'm down 5lbs.  On my way to walk & then work out!                         Stationary Bike Step Aerobics Treadmill                        Sit Up Bench PressAerobics

It drives me nuts that scales are so different! I only count my scale at home--it shows my fluctuations and that's the most important thing to me--up a pound bad; down a pound good. The rest is just numbers on a dial, you know? Congrats on a great job this week! :-)

I tested out the scale at the doctor's office last year. before I left to go to that office and weigh, I weighed myself on my digital at home in exactly the same clothes...I weighed two pounds exactly more so I automatically take two pounds off when I weigh myself at home...I hate the fact that my scale, my allergist's scale, my PCP's scale and my surgeon's scale all say something different...But we pick the one we're gonna go by and that's what we go by...At least I did.

Dissapointing week for me. Last week: 146   This week: 148.   I'm pretty sure it's no****er weight either.  I'm protien boosting- so maybe the boost in calories is boosting my weight. Don't know. Going to have to figure out an exercise regimine I can actually follow to get everything in control.  Still below goal weight of 150 but don't want to gain any more!
