I would say just being awake till 3 am absolved you from any guilt about not making kung fu...LOL.  I am having trouble sleeping..Excitement over leaving and the heat has me just bugged. I can NOT wait to get up where the temps are 85 for a HIGH...Instead of 85 for a LOW around here. This is not our typical summer.  You have a great weekend! I'll see you back here in two weeks.!
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Morning, all!

Yesterday's damage:

B: Kashi Go Lean Hot Cereal

Snack: Bananut flax protein bar (recipe on my blog)

L: 2.5 oz tuna salad on zucchini slices

Snack: Chocolate peanut protein bar

D: 10 steamed shrimp, 12 steamed broccoli florets and a small veggie eggroll.

S: NSA fudgesicle

I also had some goldfish crackers later in the evening (my weakness), but it still turned out to be and 1100 calorie day with 71 grams protein so I really can't complain. I'm going away for the weekend, so probably won't post, but wish everyone a happy and healthy weekend!

Nope. Can't complain at all. I won't be posting this weekend (or for two weeks) either so you have a nice vacation too.  I'll be having raw broccoli today myself...LOVE broccoli.

WOW!  You are doing so great!  Just wanted to say so, because you really inspire me...I could NOT imagine having babies after WLS and I give you kudos for all this effort! and determination to lose your weight...AGAIN!  And besides I dunno what a whacked out witch is...but that definitely describes me exactly too!!  LOL Hugs

Aww, shucks.. I can't imagine being an inspiration.. I really can't.   WoW is a group of RNY'ers (and there's a group of guys called Warlocks..) that tend to give info straight-up without sugar coating.  If you want coddling, go to the Mainboard.  If you want straight-up truth, ask a WoW.

Straight up is how I am too...but a drop of honey isn't too sickening sweet  now and then too!  I had never heard of WoW.... I can usually spot kindred immediately...

Even with a headache? I'd say you're an inspiration to me too. When I don't really feel anything but blah it's hard to get motivated to even move from one room to another and you had a headache and still hit the equipment...Yup. Inspiration... See ya in two weeks!

It was a slow day yesterday, and kind of blah.  I had a really important discussion in the late morning with a friend that kind of put a damper on the rest of my day.  The outcome was really good and positive, but it still made me sad.  Good thing, though, is that I didn't use food to deal with the sadness. Standard Disclaimer - Maintaining DSer.  Lotsa calories eaten, very few of them absorbed. B - bacon/egg/cheese on a croissant (pitched half the croissant) & lg. iced coffee w/cream & sugar from Dunkin Donuts S & L - bowl of homemade guacamole (4 avocados worth) with some organic stone-ground corn tortilla chips, 1 c. chicken S - 2 big slim jims (aka, DS diet food) D - 1 c Ham w/ 1 c. homemade macaroni & cheese (I used Dreamfield's pasta, since it doesn't bother my stomach.  Regular pasta makes me bloated and uncomfortable, so I rarely eat it) S - 2 more slim jims S - 3/4 **** cream
