What is it about breakfast that you can't stand? Is it just too early to even think about fixing something or is it just you can't eat and don't want to?  I eat breakfast so early that by the time I get to work, I have to eat again...Basically a second breakfast. I have a cheese stick (1 oz) and a piece of ham...That's a breakfast in my book. Of course, it doesn't have cereal.  Maybe you could turn your coffee into a breakfast by making protein coffee. Just a thought.  Your numbers are great though..So if it works, why try and fix it?

I'm just not a morning eater...never have been and I didn't get into the immediate habit post-op.  I was adding protein to my coffee every morning, I have no idea why I stopped.  DUH why didn't I think of that.  Will do it tomorrow morning.  Thank you!!! It has worked and I don't know why I'm so sure I need to change things.  Not sure???  I'm going to work on keeping my numbers good and feeling good.

Well, it was a good day. I felt in control of my food choices and healthy all day.  I think I need to start adding some calories back in as I’ve dropped down to 155—and rather quickly I might say! I just want to be sure to add in “good” calories and not CARB calories—they are so easy to add and really just send me into a carb feeding frenzy!

I went to the gym and ran five miles on the treadmill today as well. Whoo-hoo! :-)

Control I would say is my biggest motivation. If I don't feel like I'm in control, I feel like I lost the battle.  I know what you mean about adding calories. Where to add? NOT carbs, that's the only rule I want to follow. Everyone in the world is a donut sugar pusher...Sheesh.

Amen, sister! I just walked into the mailroom at work and there are TWO dozen donuts (chocolate covered and glazed) sitting right in front of my box. Jeez! I took a big whiz (smelled delicious) and moved them right on down the counter so they can live in front of someone else's mailbox. Hee. Hee.

someone brought in donuts the other day. I talked someone into eating what would be my favorite before WLS so I'm just as bad at pushing the sugar too...I threatened them that I would eat one and they'd have to explain it to the nice paramedics..LOL. It wouldn't be that bad but I'd be in the bathroom dumping and that's never pretty.

out working long hours yesterday, not home and in bed till almost 3 am...so I am not going to figure out what I age. I did ok though, but did not make it to kung fu! Chose to see the grand kids instead since they are going out of town and I won't see them for a while. will have to walk and be good over the weekend.
