my 2nd day on the pounch test
I dunno why everyone said it was so hard, it has been so easy for me aside from getting all the water in. I dont feel like eating so i havent been very hungry at all. I did cheat a bit this evening i had about .5 oz of cheese just cause i wanted it, but other than that i've stuck to it to the T jello, cream soup and pudding... and of course my protein drinks. I realized in the last two days that i dont eat much maybe that is why my weightloss has stalled... I dunno. like for instance today i had a protein drnk for lunch, and apudding for snack a bowl of cream of chickn soup for lunch, 2 bottles of water and then 2 jellos. Im perfectly content with that. Im not hungry at all... am i doing something wrong??? i hear all these stories about how its so hard to do the test, but it hasnt been hard at all. I dunno guess im jsut looking for some feedback.
i didnt have a hard time at all ..and it was a wonderful experience..i, too, think i wasnt eating/drinking enough...i ate/drank more of the right foods, proteins first and whatnot, the only thing that happened to me was that i woke up with a headache on the second day, but was quickly resolved without medication once i drank my morning coffee..
i did the 5dpt the week of 6/16-6/20 and then again (because of the wonderful feeling i got from being back to the basics) the week of 6/30-7/4..since the 16th, ive not had the carb cravings i used to, i get all my protein in, drinking all my water and using my tool the way it was intended.
i also have experienced a 12# pound weight loss since the 16th, BONUS!! hehe
keep up the good work, isnt it nice to be in control and to communicate and listen to your pouch again?? :)
