perhaps yes. or gallbladder, have you had that out? either way....you are seeing the doc and if its too bad call him and go to the er. Don't work yourself up right now, cuz that won't help, just be wise and know when its over the top, ok? hugs to you!

I was having a really bad day yesterday, but luckily I kept it from destroying my eating plan. Today started off much better when I got on the scale and saw that I lost 4.5 lbs this week. Hoo-ray! Also, I get to go on vacation this weekend so that's happy and good. Anyway, to the damage:

B: Kashi Go Lean Hot Cereal

Snack: 1/2 whole wheat tortilla with 1tbsp. peanut butter

L: Cheesy mashed cauliflower and 1/2 cup protein cereal

Snack: Homemade protein bar

D: 2 1/2 tuna croquettes (about 2oz each)

Snack: NSA fudgesicle

Thank you! And I meant that I was having a bad day as in life was being mean. Like I said, I tried really hard and didn't let it affect the eating. Life is being much nicer today though.

Mmmmm sushi....

I had the most amazing pepper crusted tuna sashimi at Wegman's over the weekend. *drool* I like the rolls too, but rice and I don't get along too well.
