I am trying a little of wagoneers adding more carbs, but I just can't eat 1400 cal a day. I did my kung fu thing for 1.5 hours and it felt good. Hi Tami, I'm working hard at adding calories but not doing well but my protein #'s are up.  Thank you for the vitamin info I'm going to look into it. B:  1/3 medium banana (not even 2" made me dump)
S:  coffee on the way to work later had 2 cinnamon candies
L:  2oz ff turkey, ff kraft swiss, mustard on a 1/2 joseph's pita, 12 sour cream soya krisps
S:  Detour low sugar creamy peanut bar
D:  South Beach Living Chicken santa fe rice & beans (nearly the whole thing!!!)
S:  homemade iced coffee w/ ff 1/2&1/2 45 minutes later 1/2c greek yogurt w/ PB2 whip topping & nuts

No walk or horse stall duty today but lots of running around at work.  Had to run to Big Lots at lunch for some incentive treats for my afternoon class so I took a speed walking spin around the store for about 20 mintues.  Found a great deal on a booster seat for my son...SCORE!!!  Had to face the candy for my class but I was good & didn't have any!!!  Funny how adults do so much  better learning when given candy!!!!

Maybe try less ripe bananas. Ripe ones have more sugar in them, I think.

did we already talk about using protein drinks to add protein and cals to your diet? If not, try that! candy...we never quite dislike it. I have to have my sugar free peppermint patty now and then!

Not too bad.. Actually, alittle on the low side. I may have to hit the beef jerky or do a protein bar later…My darn beagle got one of my beef jerky packs that is ready to put in the truck for the trip. Plucked it right out of the bag on top of the snack box… I packed snacks for dh and ds and for me…Of course, she’s not gonna snag the cupcakes for ds…Just my beef jerky. Oh well. She got tossed outside when I found the package on the floor…She ate the whole thing. I hope she enjoyed the 20 grams of protein. Stupid beagle.
