5 DPT- Day 1 of me

Okay I am a NOC shift worker. I started today (7/9) at 0001. I figured this would be the easiest way for me to go with my schedule. Midnight to Midnight. I have my protein shakes with me. I will make up several things of SF Jello in the morning when I get home so they will be available. I leave in 17 days for Hawaii, i was wondering how others are doing the 5 dpt, on 5 days and then off what? i need losts of prayer and encouragement. Also what kind of results are you finding? I plotted out the steps at work (walking the hall) it is approximately 220 steps- which is approx. 10 laps to the mile. my goal is to do 10 laps to start and work up to 20-25 laps. I have also set the goal to drink at least 6-8 8 oz glasses of water before I go home. I have 2 done so far.
