accountability tuesday
I always feel like I'm overdoing it no matter what. Yesterday is what I'd call "ok."
B: Kashi Go Lean Honey Cinnamon Hot Cereal
Snack: 1/2 cup blueberries
L: 1tbsp peanut butter on two pieces of pepperidge farm light style wheat bread. 12 baby carrots.
Snack: Kashi Chocolate Peanut Protein Bar
D: 2.5oz. pork chop and 3/4 cup of cheesy mashed caulifower
Snack: Kashi protein waffles
and as usual, water out the wazoo. I suppose today will be better.

I did good...Wanted to stay closer to 1000 calories, but my goal range for now is 1000-1200 Cals...and then will work my way back to 1400-1500 Cals...I had a little 2 lb gain that wouldn't go away after two weeks so I just want to get that under control....

~5 oz Baked chicken breast over 1 oz of spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes
w/mozz cheese and vinegar and wine marinade
~2 T smaple of hubby's Breyer Strawberry ice cream
S: 1 small plum, 2 tiny fresh apricots and 8-10 grapes
Fat: 38.5 Carbs: 96 Protein: 102 Fiber: 14.5 Calories: 1245
