9:00 am NSA Blueberry single serving fruit pie
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch, Lemon Berry
10:30 am 4 oz Chicken, 1 cup lettuce, 1/4 large tomato, 2T French Dressing
11:00 am 1/6 SF Angel Food Cake, 2T SF Caramel, 2 strawberries, 9 grapes
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light On the Go, Peach Tea
12:45 pm 1 medium nectarine
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge, Caffeinated Tangerine Strawberry
3:45 pm 1 plum, 4 oz Dannon Light & Fit
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch, Fruit Juicy Red
6:15 pm 1/3 pound bison burger, 1 slice cheese and 1/2 cup homemade potato salad.

Oh, I get it...Well, we are connected to our better halves...And what effects them, effects us. I keep wishing my dh would quit smoking but I know I'll be in hell for a few months when and if he ever does...He's been smoking 50 years...
