having a tired day. emotionally really stretched. please pray for me. YIKES that previous post was my HUSBANDS posting. That is why I am emotionally stretched! His going off his depression medication and he has been getting worse while on it!!! Here's my totals! I've been having some really tough days...I don't think I'm handling this heat very well.  My kids are suffering and I'm trying oh so hard to add calories.  Add another glass of wine to my totals!!!! B:  coffee S:  Slim Fast Low Carb Diet Vanilla shake w/ raspberry divinci syrup ~ small case of the foamies?? L:  2oz chicken breast, 1/4 c. lf cottage cheese & 10 red grapes S:  atkins caramel peanut nugot bar & DD decaf iced coffee 1/2skim 1/2 cream D:  3oz chicken breast, slice of melted kraft free cheddar & dollop of light sour cream S:  1/2 c. greek yogurt w/ PB2 & 1/3 small banana in the freezer will add nut topping & whip topping OOPs forgot the glass of wine while making the kids dinner My totals today were the best yet:   calories:  1080 protein:  104 fat: 32 carbs: 67

Hey doll, are you taking all your vitamins? Fluids? And perhaps you need to up that protein, I'd really like to see it 80 and above. Don't let yourself get run down! hugs! yes, those glasses of wine are nice treats! Hope you feel better!

Hi~ I take multi-vit, B12 (2500mcg) 2 stool softners, prozac & effexor every day along with 10 benefiber chewables, oh and calcium chews. Fluids usually run between 56 & 76 every day. I'm trying not to get too run down.  Making sure to drink more especially days I ride and clean stalls (today was one of those days).  Horse show on Saturday so I'm getting ready.

huum, you might want to revisit your vitamin regime and get on a better program. You may be low on iron and other things. Vitalady at vitalady.com has a vitamin plan that I use. If you want a copy let me know. bariatriceating.com has good vitamins, as does buildingblocks.com. Let me know!

5:30 am 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 cup Soy milk,  6:00 am 10 oz coffee  7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Aquafusion, Lemon  8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc ham lunch meat  9:00 am NSA Blueberry single serving fruit pie  10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch, Lemon Berry  10:30 am 4 oz Chicken, 1 cup lettuce, 1/4 large tomato, 2T French Dressing  11:00 am 1/6 SF Angel Food Cake, 2T SF Caramel, 2 strawberries, 9 grapes  11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light On the Go, Peach Tea  12:45 pm 1 medium nectarine  1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge, Caffeinated Tangerine Strawberry  3:45 pm 1 plum, 4 oz Dannon Light & Fit  4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch, Fruit Juicy Red
6:15 pm 1/3 pound bison burger, 1 slice cheese and 1/2 cup homemade potato salad.  Totals for the day: Calories: 2070 Fat: 101 Carbs: 190 Protein: 109 I really can't think about much other than my vacation so I'll leave it at that...Thanks for starting the accountability thread...I know how helpful it is, just to do it and concentrate on other people for a time in your day...Keep up the good work. You have the strength to kick this drug...The power is in you...Congrats on your decision.

oops, posted a copy of my husbands post. He is the one getting off the med, and it is NOT a good thing! Thanks for your encouragment though. I will need prayer to deal with this because it is already a bear right now! I edited my post and put my food values in! I hope your vacation is good. You and your hawaiian punch! hee, hee!
