is there help for thunder thighs?

I have always had a pear shape. But I now notice fat pockets on my outer thighs. Is there anything short of lypo to help with this. I do cardia, tredmill, & dance arobics(zumba) I do this 3-5 times a week when I can. Any one got any suggestions.

Hi!  I know how you feel . I think the best thing you can do is lifting weights! Here's a link to a site that shows you little animations for each body part.  http://www.exrx.net/Lists/ExList/HipsWt.html Pick a couple exercises for hips and work out your lower body with weights. It helps GREATLY if you really commit to it. Also, does your gym have a machine called a stepmill? It has the rotating stairs that go round and round. If you've ever seen it you'll notice that most people you see on there regularly are fitness enthusiasts! No magazines! Just you and your ipod sweating your butt off. lol! I really believe in working out and miss it so much. 4 more weeks! ZUMBA looks SO fun! Good for you. I wish I had the coordination to do that class! You look beautiful!

This is where my problem areas are too.  I always had big legs...I always will.  I have tried to tighten the skin and did pretty well, but not as well as the rest of me.... I love the exercise videos from FinallyFit...I saved that site to look at that a little closer...I have a weight bench in my garage (collecting dust)  "I should" use it...Now if only I can get "I should" and "I will" to cooperate!

it seems like that is where all of my fat and extra skin is too i dont know why i have this curse!  - but, "they say" that pear shape is better than apple shape i was thinking of having a lower body lift or a thigh lift my friend allison had lipo and it turned out that what she needed was a lipectomy and skin removal in this area - the liposuction didnt help her kf
