Meal 1:
(2) Slices of Nature's Own Honey Wheat Light French Toast w/cool whip and cinnamon(15g Carbs)

Total: 200 Calories

Meal 2:
1/2 Bagel Onion toasted w/ butter (30g Carbs)
1 Tbsp Lite Cream Cheese (2g Protein)
1 Baked Chicken Thigh w/ sautee onions (17g Protein)
Total: 400 Calories

Meal 3:
3 Oreo Cookies (17g Carbs)
8 oz Skim Milk (8g Protein)
Total: 200 Calories

Meal 4:
1 Pita Pocket (18g Carbs)
3 oz Tuna Fish, mayo, lettuce, tomato (20g Protein)
Total: 200 Calories

Meal 5:
Taco Bell: 
(1) Gordita Baja Steak (29g Carbs, 15g Protein)
Total: 400 Calories

Meal 6:
1 English Muffin (30g Carbs)
2 Tbsp P-Nut Butter (7g Protein)
8 oz Skim Milk (8g Protein)
Total: 400 Calories

Total: Approximately 1800 calories. I met my daily calorie requirement.

Good Morning James, I usually eat these types of foods.  Morning: small tortilla (wrap) lettuce  chicken and dressing or tuna with mayo Lunch same or chili or lean cuisine dinner whatever the family has(smaller portion) rice, steak,beans,etc snacks nuts,cottage cheese, chocolate? I've done good at maintaining for over 4 years but i'd love to lose those last ten pounds I dont exercise much and i love red wine. And granted, i will eat junk food any chance i get but if its mcdonalds, i'll only have a cheeseburger. Any suggestions?

At three years out (today is my surgiversary), I have struggled to get my dietician to help me create meal plans that work for someone in my position (my labs, my preferences, my nutritional status, my BMR etc).  So,                                              thank you! what you have done has helped tremendously!!
