nuts,cottage cheese, chocolate?
I've done good at maintaining for over 4 years but i'd love to lose those last ten pounds
I dont exercise much and i love red wine. And granted, i will eat junk food any chance i get but if its mcdonalds, i'll only have a cheeseburger. Any suggestions?
