help! I look so much older!!
I am about 3.5 years out , but half of america thinks I am in my late 30's. My whole life, I always looked younger than my actual age. Now, after WLS, I get 37, 39, and ever 41. I am 32. I am looking to do anything affordable and non-surgical. Could anyone offer up any suggestions that work? Are there any OTR creams that work? I will try anything!!
Vitamins and water really help with skin as well as protein (amino acids especially cystine) A good sunblock (even for your darker complexion), a moisturizer. Exfoliation helps get rid of dry, dull skin and shows newer healthier skin...A bronzer adds highlights that give off a pretty glow that reflects light in the right places making the skin appear youthful.
Purple berries and fruits are a good antioxidant and help with skin as well as pomegranite juice....Sugar is bad for the skin and ages it with free radicals( kinda like a banana out of it's protective skin)...I love aloe after a day in the sun....and around my eyes....I love lotions with copper in them for skin firming and toning...

Hope that helps...because basically there is not youth in a jar...but good healthy eating habits and vitamins play a huge role in youth as it truly has made a HUGE difference in my skin, hair and nails...
